Permanent Solution

Why we can’t think for permanent solution –
For any creation we can’t follow/think the permanent solution –
Everyone thinks for money, no future utilization -
Sale of product for profit or getting commission within short time –
Even policies are also unplanned bias -
For Example:
Q: A person wants to Constructs house in his own area (Boundary of town)
A: He is meets civil engineer and plans the house, sanctions it in Municipality then he starts construction after few months he completes it and he lives in it.
After some years few house exist in that area.
There are no proper roads, trees, drainages, drinking water, electricity, hospital and security.
Now the government sanctions policies which are not good, because those facilities are inconvenient and there is no proper place.
It’s difficult to live in that area with so many problems, those are
1) No proper widen roads for vehicle’s to move and turn and also large vehicles can’t come inside.
2) No proper drainage, all drainage water comes on the road.
3) No health facility to take care, for hospital moving to long distance around 5 km’s.
4) There is no drinking water facility.
5) No cleanliness in the street.
6) No security, Different people with different attitudes theft, smoking, drinking and playing cards etc.,.
7) The area is not good for literate and illiterate people.
Procedure to live in an area:
Clean the area
Long width of roads with trees and greenery
Public services: hospital, schools, security
Drainages
Electricity
Drinking water
*After all these things are promoted then only license should be given to construct houses
