Don't develop a city near Bus-Stations (Where Government feels like)
The development of a city through out the Bus-station it increases the Traffic -
Development of a city and placement of bus stations should play an important role in easing traffic problems.
After reaching the city it takes hours to get to a Bus depot/Bus-station -
Development of the city should take place on only one side, (widen roads for faster travel)
The roads should have clear and pre planned streets with all requirements -
